Breakdown Coordinator

Department: Road Breakdown

Description: Breakdown Coordinator is responsible to assist drivers with truck/trailer maintenance and mechanical repairs over the road.

Responsibilites:

  • Answer breakdown calls
  • Create a breakdown log and keep updated
  • Manage repairs from beginning to the end
  • Approve repairs
  • Issue payment for repairs (PO, Comcheck or MasterCard)
  • Process invoices and submit to accounts payable for payment.
  • Filling invoices
  • Additional: other duties as requested time to time.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Minimum High school Diploma or GED
  • Experience:
    • Customer service
    • Data Entry
    • 40wpm minimum
    • Phone experience
    • Mechanical experience (not required but is a plus)
