Parts Clerk Liberal Night Shift

Department: Liberal Shop

Schedule: Friday – Monday 6:00pm – 4:00am (Saturdays on rotating schedule)

Description: Parts clerks work the part counter, receiving/ shipping, order processing as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue parts to technicians
  • Receiving stock orders
  • Placing stock orders
  • Occasionally drive to vendors to pick up parts
  • Maintaining clean workspace
  • Managing cores and warranty parts for return as requested
  • Filling invoices
  • Following shop and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Reading/ writing
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must have valid drivers’ license
  • Walk and stand for long periods as needed
  • Bending, twisting, and climbing stairs
  • Lifting 50lbs, occasionally
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge is a plus
